Hi, my name is Ryan Thomas, a personal trainer working at PureGym Canary Wharf and a Sports Science graduate, with an emphasis on human performance. I have been involved in sport from a very young age, playing football at county and academy level, as well as representing my secondary school in basketball and athletics.

My time at university kick-started my passion for strength training and brought me to where I am today; helping ordinary people take back control of their bodies to make them feel extraordinary.

Over years of training, I have accumulated a lot of knowledge which I feel obliged to share with those less travelled along the fitness path.

My willingness to help educate others knows no boundaries; the more a client is able to take on board, the better information they will have to apply to their training sessions, allowing for faster and more consistent results.

I spend some of my free time watching fitness related content online and reading articles from publications I subcribe to, in order to keep up to date with all the current information.
