HI, MY NAME IS RYAN THOMAS, A PERSONAL TRAINER WORKING AT PUREGYM CANARY WHARF AND A SPORTS SCIENCE GRADUATE, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON HUMAN PERFORMANCE. I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN SPORT FROM A VERY YOUNG AGE, PLAYING FOOTBALL AT COUNTY AND ACADEMY LEVEL, AS WELL AS REPRESENTING MY SECONDARY SCHOOL IN BASKETBALL AND ATHLETICS.

MY TIME AT UNIVERSITY KICK-STARTED MY PASSION FOR STRENGTH TRAINING AND BROUGHT ME TO WHERE I AM TODAY, HELPING PEOPLE FROM A RANGE OF DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS AND FITNESS LEVELS MAKE PROGRESS WITH THEIR OWN HEALTH AND FITNESS GOALS.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING AS A PERSONAL TRAINER FOR 8 YEARS AND HAVE HELPED 100'S OF PEOPLE BUILD MUSCLE, LOSE WEIGHT OR SIMPLY GROW IN CONFIDENCE AND BECOME MORE ACCUSTOMED TO TRAINING IN A GYM ENVIRONMENT.

I HAVE A STRONG WILLINGNESS TO HELP EDUCATE OTHERS; THE MORE A CLIENT IS ABLE TO TAKE ON BOARD, THE BETTER INFORMATION THEY WILL HAVE TO APPLY TO THEIR TRAINING SESSIONS, ALLOWING FOR FASTER AND MORE CONSISTENT RESULTS.

One-to-one sessions at the gym take place at PureGym Canary Wharf. The gym has a range of cardio machines, free weights and fixed resistance machines, as well as a functional area to help you achieve your fitness goals. 

 

There are many myths and misconceptions with regard to exercise, so I like to empower my clients with the knowledge required to make informed decisions.

 

Your health should be a priority, so let me help you get in amazing shape!

TWO ON ONE PERSONAL

If you wish to work out with your partner or a friend, sharing the experience and cost, then paired training might be better for you.

 

It's not only more cost effective, but has the added benefit of giving you more accountability, motivation and support.
