Ryan has been good at easing me into the training but still pushes me to my limits so that I can make maximum gains. One of the things that sets Ryan apart from other trainers is that he is committed to my progress, and shares in the ups and downs of hitting or missing (more hitting than missing!) targets; I feel that he genuinely cares about my progress. Training with Ryan has been one of the best decisions I've made this year, and I can't recommend him enough. I look forward to sessions and am making good gains; I feel better than ever.
