Our introductory Six Week Promise Personal Training package is that simple. You have a fitness test for your first session so we know what you want and where you are starting from.
You then have ten Personal Training sessions, twice a week for ten sessions. Your twelfth session is a repeat of the fitness test in your first session. If you have not improved in both the ‘thinner’ and ‘fitter’ categories you get a refund, subject to the terms and conditions being met.
